The building combines two architectural stories: one half is a full modern reconstruction of the original Ruby Building, while the other features the beautifully restored 1901 façade of the former Victoria Building, carefully preserved and reintroduced to the streetscape.
Restored and rebuilt by Canform Structures, Ruby Black has been finished and furnished with a high level of care and quality throughout, creating a workplace that feels elegant, contemporary and quietly luxurious.
At ground level, Ruby Black is home to a curated mix of beauty, grooming and wellness services. Above, two levels of boutique office suites provide private workspaces purpose built for small to medium-sized businesses, each with its own kitchenette for added convenience.A shared meeting room and bathroom facilities add everyday practicality, while each suite retains the privacy and independence of its own self-contained workspace.
